Circa 1958-1962. Handmade in the USA. Excellent pre-owned condition. There is a swirled line in the glass from the glassblowing process. The impressed St Clair back stamp is on the bottom. It is a collectible, decorative and functional paperweight that reflects the art glass production style of the Mid-century period.
