This 1970s art glass round paperweight is 3.25” diameter with flat bottom. On the flat bottom is the name JOE and St Claire for the Elwood, Indiana glass studio. Paperweight includes a centered Sulphide bust of George Washington, making it one of the St. Claire’s United States Presidential Collection. Because this paperweight is clear glass with a deep cobalt blue center and intended bubbled luminescent design, it is difficult to photograph without light reflection.
