Royal Doulton figurine Morning Ma'am HN2895 was designed by William (Bill) Kenneth Harper and issued from 1986 to 1989 as part of the Couples series. It depicts an officer in military uniform politely greeting a lady. Standing 9" or 23.5cm high, he is in very good condition with no flaws.
