This is a Royal Doulton Figurine modelled by Leslie Harradine having the distinction of being one of the longest running pieces having been first released in 1938 and at the time of this listing is still available new for £88.00. This one is one of the earlier issues, apparent from the mark on the base. It is called 'Biddy Penny Farthing' and shows an old street seller with her array of colourful balloons. She stands 9 inches tall (23cm) and is in very good condition.
