Pair of Antique staffordshire Spaniel figurines from The Samuel Alcock Pottery

This pair of Spaniels are made by one of the few known Staffordshire Potteries Samuel Alcock and would date to circa 1840. (I think they have been repainted as I cannot see any crack marks or repairs at all.).
