Large Vintage Murano glass piece. Sculpture / centrepiece bowl. Yellow glass which glows orange from the cadmium content under UV. Shown here under UV 365nm. Great condition for its age, some wear but no chips or cracks. There are some air bubbles from the glass making process and some light blemishes all over from light use, expected for its age. The base has a small blemish which is not visible when the piece is stood up, which appears to be from the glassmaking process. A real statement piece for uranium and UV reactive glass collectors. Approx 14.5” width, 9” height.
