This listing is for a clear Stippled Fans toothpick holder. It was listed as unknown maker for many years, but it is now attributed to the Lancaster Glass Company. It was introduced in 1913. The toothpick has a scalloped rim which could be flared or cupped. This one is obviously flared. The design on the body has three sections with fans and starbursts. There is a slight flare at the base which is recessed underneath. The base has a rayed design. The measurements are 2 1/4" h and 2 1/2" w across the flared top. It is in excellent condition.
