The little guy is in a pink robe with a blue strap, black shoes with a blue bow on them, a red striped tie and wearing a black tricorn hat. There is a little basket on his side filled with ???. Looks like hot dogs or Churros but in his hand he looks to be holding a bundle so it's probably not that.
