Wheatley Pottery Templar Shield ? Tile 4" inscribed 1088 on Reverse

The colors would be a dark blue background with a tan border on shield, light mauve and then a darker tan making up the "cross". Incised on the back are the identification numbers of 1088. There is a larger chip at upper left corner.
