Westmoreland Glass of West Virginia created this lovely piece. Cranberry and Clear with a square base for stability. The rays in the base begin in the center and radiate outward. The stem has eight recessed panels located in the Cranberry colored portion, above which is a cross hatch pattern continuing to the throat of the holder. At this point, the color returns to Cranberry showing off the eight small window panels. There are no cracks or chips in this item. Condition is "Used".
