This is a Wedgwood blue Jasperware New Year bell from 1984, featuring a white bas-relief design of puffins. * The design includes two adult puffins and one chick atop a snowy base. * It is made from Jasperware, Wedgwood's famous unglazed matte stoneware. * The year "NEW YEAR 1984" is inscribed on the bottom rim. * Wedgwood produced an annual series of these bells, with different animal scenes each year This item is in a good condition with no cracks and as would be expected given its age.
