This item is new other being taken out of the box and unpackaged but never set up to use. This comes with the original box (which has a mark on the right corner as pictured), paperwork, dust bag and clock itself. For some reason the clock does not tick or move I put a new battery in it and still nothing so I believe they clock part does not work so just being sold as is. No returns!
