This is a very pretty diamond shaped Paperweight desk clock by Waterford. it has a little bit of wear including 2 areas that feel a bit rough like maybe a small chip. they are hard to see. Also it needs a new battery. for these reasons, its marked lower price. Otherwise very stunning piece!
