The mechanism of this clock works and the second hand moves great but the main hands are bent and not tightened properly just sort of hanging there so I believe just the hands need to be replaced, I know they sell just clock hands on Amazon .. no chips , just crazing from age .. signed by artist .. from Dartmouth, MA ... I believe this is from the eighties.. the flowers and leaves look to be impressed into the clay giving it a realistic look .. very unique and beautiful piece .. approx 9.5 in tall and just under 7.5 in wide
