This is a beautiful Italian-style vintage ceramic painted basket of fruit & nuts. The glazing on the ceramic piece is really amazing for its age. The fruit & nuts displayed are a lemon, orange, lime, pear, plum, banana, red apple, strawberries, pecans, walnuts, and peanuts. The fruit & nuts are not loose, it’s all attached to the basket. This art piece was well loved yet looks great for its age. There is a crack that was mended on basket handle, see pic, and a couple of tiny chips around edge of basket. All fruit and nuts are in amazing condition. There is no insignia noted on the piece.
