Large mid-century modern ceramic figurine of 3 dolphins leaping over a crashing wave. These were produced in Canada by Canuck Pottery/Evangeline Ware during the 1960's and showcases the company's "Flame" red-orange drip glaze on a glossy black base. The drip glaze application makes every individual piece unique, as the colors blended dynamically during the firing process. This one is marked Marineland Niagara Falls, Canada. Measures 15 in long, 5.5 in wide, and 9.25 in tall. It is in excellent preowned condition. The colors are nice and bright and there are no chips.
