Beautiful lucite hand soap pump dispenser. This is a vtg. Piece but still in great condition. Has a little inside paint loss. The last two pictures show that one side has a few scratches. The lucite has a flat bottom and has a swirling around lucite body with a shape of a Conch shell inside to hold the soap.
