Joe Rice 1990 pen holder paperweight. It’s missing the actual pen holder. It has teal blue trumpet flowers with controlled bubbles. Very nice condition. No chips or cracks. 2” tall to the top of the glass and 4” in diameter. Weighs 1 lb 10 oz.
