JD & S Orange Tangerine Glass Dog Biscuit Cookie Jar Pot Silver Plate Rim Band. It has a silver band / rim with makers mark JD&S. It looks like a British Bulldog ?. Black felt pad stuck to base. but there is no hat on him - I just couldn’t identify it I am afraid.
