This listing is for an absolutely sweet figurine of a mother transfixed on her infant while cradling it in her arms. Made of redware pottery in Hungary, the figurine is about 5" tall and about 3.75" at the widest point. The figurine has been signed on the bottom by the artist and is marked Hungary. There are some chips on the skirt and also on the underside of the edge of the scarf. (See all photos, especially the last six). However, this piece of handcrafted and hand painted pottery still displays very well as these areas do not show when the figurine is on display. Thanks for looking!
