No marking on bottom. I have collected paperweights since the 60's and cannot remember years I bought them or their history, if any! If I saw one that was lovely, I bought it and never questioned information on it, so now that I have started to let go of my "pretties" what you see, is all there is for a description. Approximately 2.5"-2.75" high. A tiny chip on top, too small to show up in photo.
