A beautiful 1980s red ruffled WESTMORELAND Glass bell with hand painted rose in rose color with light gray and white leaves. Cadmium glass that has an orange glow to it. It is in lovely vintage condition with no chips or cracks. Great for Christmas or for Valentine’s Day.
