A vintage hand blown pulled feather pattern art nouveau iridescent vessel that stands 5 1/2"tall. The piece looks alot like a Loetz and also could be associated with Steuben, Quezal, Abelman, Fellerman, Richardson and others. The piece is signed on the base though illegible to me. The piece is in excellent condition with no cracks or chips and very little apparent sign of wear. The three last photos show the signature along with a series of numbers.
