Vintage Wellen/USA (?) ceramic dish garden/ planter with raised feet. Item has one chip and hairline crack which doesn’t seem to affect utility of planter and price has been adjusted to reflect condition issues. See photos. A very sweet handmade bowl in soft pink glaze.
