It is a piece of Ungemach Pottery Compnay, also known as UPCO. It is a replica of the Liberty Bell done in pottery, done in brown matte, and is 6 1/2" tall and 7 1/4" across the bottom. It is designed to be a planter I believe, but has obviously never beeen used for that purpose, the inside and the outside are clean.
