Vintage TOSCA shell dish with kingfisher. Very pretty turquoise blue dish and lovely detail on the bird. I'm not sure if it's a pin dish/bud vase or an ashtray and cigarette/match holder. Although more modern items are made in Japan, this is 1950s-1970s West German (Vintage) pottery, which was marked simply "Tosca" (as here). Excellent condition.
