Small handmade studio pottery bud vase, marked MF near the base. The vase has a rounded bottle-shaped form with a softly speckled cream glaze and hand-decorated botanical motifs in muted lilac, olive and ochre tones. One side features three unusual applied pierced details. Approx. 8 cm high. Condition: No chips or cracks. An attractive little piece of British studio pottery with a strong handmade character. Maker currently unidentified; the impressed/incised MF mark is shown clearly in the photographs.
