Vintage reddish purple / burgundy pottery dog planter witha sad expression. Possibly manufactured by The Shawnee Pottery Company of Zanesville, Ohio in the 1940s or 1950s. Measures approximately 5" tall x 4" wide In preowned and vintage condition. Has crazing throughout, wear, possible flea-bite type chipping, & is dirty/stained in the planter portion. Adorable!
