This is a fine bone china collector's plate from Royal Worcester, specifically the third design in a series of Chinoiserie entitled "Exotic Butterflies". This particular pattern was originally created circa 1811 and was later released as a limited edition of 10,000 plates by Royal Worcester between 1976 and 1980.
