The stunning Royal Doulton 1996 "Figure Of The Year" is named Belle #HN 3703. Handmade and hand-decorated fine bone china, was designed and modelled by Valerie Annand. The box has gone but the certificate is present and the piece has spent the past three decade in the China cabinet and then safe storage. Condition is mint, the vibrant reds and yellows as beautiful as the day she was hand-painted. A most impressive collectible, fully stamped and signed by the artist.
