Vintage Royal Doulton The Old Balloon Seller is one of the first figurines from the Street Vendors Collection. It was made between 1939 and 1998 when it was retired. Designed by Leslie Harradine. They are both high gloss and have lovely vivid colors. Hand painted and fully marked on the reverse.
