Vintage ROSEVILLE POTTERY Magnolia WINDOW BOX PLANTER Handles (top rim chip)

It has a top rim chip on one side on the rose flower shown in last pics. It's not too noticeable on display because it blends with the design. It can be touched up with the right shade of nail polish or paint, but I left it as is.
