A charming piece of vintage British studio pottery from the 1960s/70s. This cute collectable hedgehog-shaped coin bank features a beautiful brown speckled stoneware glaze with hand-etched (sgraffito) quills and the word "PRICKLY" incised on the side. The piece is in good vintage condition with no chips or cracks. It includes a tight-fitting red plastic stopper on the base. Perfect for a mid-century modern shelf or for collectors of animal-themed art pottery. Approximately 11cm long.
