It is not marked but I believe it to be the early COLONIAL patter by Duncan & Miller, due to the shape and the panels. Colonial was introduced in 1911. The shape of this basket is very pleasing. The only thing I see are a couple of bubbles in the glass and a few "straw marks" which are annealing marks that happen on glass as it cools.
