here is studio pottery slug pub complete with it's original paper instructions. condition is new old stock never used . no chips or cracks . I cannot see any makers marks that are clear enough myself . size 5" diameter x 3" tall approx. If you have any questions please ask, I will do my best to answer any questions you have.
