Vintage Pottery Planter with Saucer Bow in Vertical Ridges Pale Yellow USA

This planter is impressed on the bottom "U.S.A.". The "S" is similar to the mark for Nelson McCoy. I am not sure if Nelson McCoy made this piece, however. It is made from pottery. It has an attached saucer and a drainage hole.
