I have no idea what is going on here Looks like a burglar on one side with his swag bag ( maybe he’s stolen the money from inside?) and another man climbing up the other side Initials BAP 1958 on the front. No major damage that I can see other than a small area where it looks as if the glaze has come away Is barrel shaped Quirky thing
