This listing is for a vintage plaster life sized Beethoven death mask replica. This rare find was made by Beenhoven-Haus in Bonn, Germany, and is a reproduction of the famous composer's death mask after his passing in 1827. It is made of heavy plaster with white paint and hollow on the backside. Please note that a large section had previously been broken off of the top and has since been repaired. Additionally, there is a smaller area on the forehead where the white paint has rubbed off. Measures about 10.75 inches long and 6.75 inches wide.
