Please see all photos and enlarge as they form part of the description. Very nice vase in good used condition. I'm unsure what the white design is painted on with, it's hard unlike paint but it has brush strokes so must be some sort of glaze/enamel. The blue of the vase is opaque and not cased glass. The pontil is a little scruffy. There's funny grey marks around the base, I suspect there may have been metal bands around it.
