This is a beautiful vintage mid century ceramic planter. It was made in Staffordshire by James Kent Ltd under the brand name Old Foley and has a full backstamp on the base. The planter is transfer printed in the Chinese Rose pattern, featuring flowers and birds on branches, in pretty colours on a white ground. The interior is coloured turquoise. In very good vintage condition with no chips or cracks. There is some crazing to the glaze inside the base. Please see photos. Measures approx 4.5" high and 6.25" in diameter.
