Lovely vintage Meissner Limoges porcelain trinket box featuring a romantic courting couple scene with gilt decoration. Made in France. The box is in very good overall condition with no chips or cracks to the body. The gold detail remains bright and the image is clear. There is a faint glaze line visible to the underside of the lid (see photo). This appears to be within the glaze only and does not affect the structure or use of the piece. Clean inside and displays nicely. Approx size: 7cm across. A nice decorative piece or a simple addition to a Limoges collection.
