Manufactured by Shawnee. Circa '50s / '60s. Materials: Ceramic. Color: Gray. There is a number "USA 757" inscribed along the back edge of the planter (see photos), but no other marks. There may also be a stamp under the felt - we decided not to disrupt it since it is adhering to the bottom of the base pretty well.
