This vintage piece is a Tiara Exclusive "Hapsburg" emerald green glass basket, manufactured by the Indiana Glass Company. It features a distinct geometric paneling and textured pressed-glass details characteristic of the "Hapsburg" design., with a ruffled rim and detailed handle. At the base of the handle where it joins the bowl, there's an embossed maker's mark. This very nice, decorative basket is in excellent vintage condition with no chips or breaks.
