Outer metal is designed with leaf style, plated look and delicate artistic design. Some wear and discolouration/tarnish to the metal. Metal material is unknown. Lighter weight than glass basket. Glass is thick crystal style, heavy glass. No chips or cracks, surface scratches may be present. Glass could be polished/cleaned to improve appearance. Yellowing to glass. Note, be careful when lifting only lift from handle as glass is heavy and if lifted from the bottom will lift up and possibly fall out.
