It is approx. 26cm long and approx. 13cm high, and I cannot see a makers mark. The centerpiece is in a basket form, with clear spokes coming from the centre outwards and upwards. It looks great in its own right, and you can also put flowers, sweets, trinkets etc. in the middle as well.
