I suspect this may be English, but I cannot be certain. Definitely hand blown and copper wheel engraved with Chrysanthemum flowers, vines and leaves. There is no maker’s mark. The glass is slightly heavier than American brands, like Pairpoint, or Sinclair. The color is like aged cognac. Looks stunning in front of a window or back lit, showing the transparency and engraved details. Approx. 13” tall, 4-1/2” Dia. at the base. No chips, cracks, or damage/repairs. Beautiful condition.
