A screen printed tile from the "Arabesque" range designed by Jean Powell c1960 and produced by H & R Johnson Ltd. The range was unveiled at an exhibition in Dubai. Similar examples can be seen on page 314 of the reference book "20th Century Decorative British Tiles" by Chris Blanchett.
