This is a cool Hand Made Ceramic Trinket Dish / Ashtray in the shape of an Officers Hat with a Feather by Ferlaro Ceramics made in Italy. It is 1 1/4" deep 3" to top of feather and 3 1/2" across. I do my best to describe each of my treasures to the best of my ability.
