Adorable Fenton Glass Small Green Basket With Applied Handle Ruffle Edge Height 4.5 in Width 3.5 in Excellent condition on one side of the handle there is a rough spot where the glass was attached. Looks like a makers imperfection more than a chip. The sides of the handles are definitely different. See photos for details.
