Vintage Fenton Amethyst Glass Sand Etched Iris Temple Jar / Ginger Jar w/out LID.vintage Fenton Amethyst Temple/Ginger Jar. The Jar has a sand carved iris on the front and measures approximately 6" tall. The bottom of the jar is signed by Girard M and also has the Fenton Mark. I have tried to show this in the 8th and 9th pictures, but the Fenton Mark is hard to see. This jar is in very good condition with the exception of a small chip on the inside edge of the mouth of the jar. In pictures 6 and 7 I tried to show this chip. When the lid is on the jar, the chip is not visible. This is a lovely piece and would make a nice addition to any collection.
